Your channels play but the TV guide (EPG) won't
A missing TV guide is a separate problem from a picture that stutters. On this page the channels themselves are fine; it is the guide that stays blank, shows the wrong times or fills up slowly. Find your situation below for the cause and the fix.
Check this first
Make sure your channels play. If they don't, the problem is bigger than the guide.
- The app you watch with, such as IBO Player, TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro
- Channels that already play; if they don't, this page is not the right one
- Five to ten minutes, because a guide sometimes just needs a moment to fill
Where the guide comes from
A little background explains why the guide can lag behind your channels.
When you connect with Xtream Codes, which is what we recommend, the TV guide travels on the same login as your channels. You never have to fill in a separate guide address. With an M3U link the guide is usually missing, or the app has to fetch it in a separate way that not every app can handle.
Apps also download the guide in a separate run from the channel list. So it is normal for channels to play while the guide needs a few more minutes, especially the first time a new playlist loads.

Channels play, the TV guide is blank
Your IPTVnu Xtream Codes login already includes the guide, so there is no extra guide URL to enter. Fully close the app and start it again. The guide downloads separately the first time and can arrive a few minutes after the channels. Still blank? Check that you used 'Xtream Codes' and not 'M3U' when adding the playlist, because an M3U connection comes without a guide.
The guide is there, but the times are off
That is nearly always a time zone setting in the app, not a fault in our data. Open the app settings and look for 'Time zone' or 'EPG time zone', then choose the zone you live in. No such option? Check the date, time and time zone of the device itself.
Only a few hours of the guide show up, or it fills very slowly
Some apps build the guide bit by bit in the background. Leave the app running for a while with the internet connected. If you want the whole guide right now, look in the settings for a manual guide refresh.
The guide worked before and is now empty
The app's stored copy of the guide is probably damaged, for instance because a download was cut off. Clear the app's cache in your device settings. If that doesn't help, uninstall the app, install it again and add your playlist once more.
